AI Data Readiness Score
This score is about the data your business already created. Not whether your team is ready to roll out AI tools.
What LDB evaluates
Six things. We do not publish the weights. Your score changes as you improve these areas.
Operational History
How much real work has your company completed, and over how many years?
Workflow Quality
Are there repeatable processes representing economically meaningful work?
Decisions and Expertise
Do employees make meaningful judgments, approvals, corrections, or exceptions?
Outcomes
Can the work be connected to what happened afterward?
Documentation
Can someone understand how the work is supposed to happen?
Data Readiness
Can the underlying records be identified, accessed, and responsibly prepared?
Score bands
The score represents readiness, not market value or buyer acceptance. A high score does not guarantee a license.
Short answers
What is the AI Data Readiness Score?
A 0 to 100 score of how close your company is to having operational history worth evaluating for AI-data licensing. It tracks documentation, workflows, systems, decisions, and outcomes. It is not a valuation and not an offer.
How is this different from an AI readiness assessment?
Most AI readiness assessments ask whether your company can adopt AI tools. We ask whether the work your business already did produced data that could be licensed. Same words. Different question.
What do you evaluate?
Six things: operational history, workflow quality, decisions and expertise, outcomes, documentation, and whether the underlying records can be identified and prepared. We do not publish the weights.
Does a high score mean a buyer will license our data?
No. A high score means the company may qualify for a human assessment. It does not guarantee a license, a buyer, or a price.
How do I raise my score?
Map the repeatable work, write SOPs, identify where the records live, and connect decisions to what happened afterward. The SOP generator and the other free tools are built for that.
The score is readiness. The work to raise it is free.
Two minutes to see if it is even a conversation. For qualifying companies, we get paid when you do.
